1999 honda passport probs

1999 honda passport salvage auto auction,

i bought it everything works on the car it needs some body work done to it, only prob is that when i try starting the car its like if there is some sort of cut off to the ignition, or starter,

i had a electriction look at it and he cant find any problem with the wiring, wondering if any one ever had this same kinda prob,,,,,,,


please i really need some info or something any thing ill take it.


i think there is a alarm system on it becuase there is a VIPER stick on the window but i cant find the siren,


if there is any one who is in stafford,tx or sugarland,TX please contact me i need your heko i will pay by the hour.......
