1997 5.7L not starting

Hi all is there an easy way to check fuel pressure, my truck got incresceling hard to start then wouldn't start alltogether. I have lots of spark, new fuel filter last year, I always run premimum gas. The truck seems to want to start if I turn the key for only 1 second and let the key go quickley, any ideas ?

The FPR could be bad. Which would be better than the fuel pump. but you need a guage to test the pressure I dont know of any other accurate way to do it.
