Driver's Seat removal for '1988 735i?

the driver's seat has lost all power and fuses look ok under the hood, so i am guessing is the board underneathe the seat.. can anyone provide info on how to remove the seat?

I'm having trouble with the electrics on my passenger seat,did the board underneath fix the problem and where and how much was it
