unlock 08 escalade radio from theft mode
very frustrated!!!
I bought a 08 escalade from a auction, its was a stolen recovery vehicle so i was issued a new VIN from Highway Patrol However I was told I need a TEC II to unlock and to change the old VIn in the radio to the new Vin and only the dealership can do this however when I took it to to the dealership they said they can not do it!! Can the scanner tec do it: if so what is the procedure? Thank you :screwy
