96 3.2l rodeo-alt swap

The Alternator on my 96 just stb and the local garage wants me to pay $565 to swap it out, or I can do it myself for $150.
Anybody out there able to help with the RandR, I'm a little rusty. It looks very tight.

You'll have to remove it from the bottom. Just need some patience and a variety of sockets, wrenches, extensions and swivels.

Ditto on that. 'Zu definately put them in an ideal location . You've prolly read it a million times already, but you can almost guarantee yourself problems if you use anything but an OEM alternator on your 3.2/3.5.
G/luck
