It all depends on you. The sr20det is an easier and cheaper swap. The rb25det has more low end balls, better status, cooler swap, but it's also heavier. It's all up to you. Everyone has their preference. Research both and decide for yourself. You also shouldn't post threads asking what motor to get. You should expect to get a reply like this. After me, please nobody else post. This thread has ended.

Seriously you post a shitty question... yeah ok whatever n00bs do that... then you come back and be a dick when he tells you exactly what to do. You Sir are a TOOL and Id be willing to bet money that your just a superstreet sack rider that read how Uber 1337 the RB is and now you want it in your non existant "95ish" 240 so you have what? a year to figure it out. so instead of spending maybe half an hour on GOOGLE and making a desision your damn self you come here and expect to get an answer by being a dick. way to go.

I award you 11ty Billion IBATOOL points. please slam your fingers in a car door and join driftsilvia in the corner.

Re: best engine for swap

Easy tiger. You might see a "BANNED" sign next to your name if you don't chill. We don't necessarily need a "moderator" sign next to our name to get you out of here. All we have to do is report your vulgar post. Don't give us a reson to feel antipathy.

Now, there are a few stickies at the top that will give you some info on both engines. Don't automatically think you have to swap. The KA is just as good as any engine. It will require more custom stuff along with knowledge to match certian parts up. It would also help if we knew what you were doing with the car and your budget. Do some homework on all the engines and then you will be able to decide.

Re: best engine for swap

OMG I said it sarcastically in another thread, but I'm afraid that it is becoming true, "There is an INFINITE supply of idiot, retarded Ass holes out there", once you get rid of one, here comes another, and another, there like flies to a pile of shit or juves to a ricki martin concert.

SR20 if you plan on drifting it.

rb25 if you plan on dragging it. The rb25 is heavy as fuck.

Ummm....don't be....

Oh and you didn't want info, you wanted an opinion, someone else's opinion, which is completly irrelevent when you want to do something for yourself.
