Question Bugatti Veyron?

Anybody knows of the release date of the Bugatti Veyron from AutoArt?

Heard that it should be in stores sometimes near Christmas.

Re: Bugatti Veyron?

I wouldn't trust any release date you see, AA doesn't really release things on time. Since finished models have been displayed at toy shows for a while though I think there is a good chance you could see it very soon.

Anybody else heard anything about this car...

Looks like i'm the only one interested in it, and i thought that everyone was waiting impatiently for it's issue date. Come on guys, it's the fastest car in the world we're talking about here. All of you exotic cars fanatics should be looking forward to having it.

There was a few discussion posting on it and basically, it looks doomed to failure...They have pushed back the release date numerous times, and can't get it in any safe condition...When they tested the car to the public it spun out into the grass and had to be towed off the race track...

The car has 2 fundamental flaws they can't fix right now...The first is that they cannot cool the engine fast enough at high speeds, so it constantly overheats...The other is that they can't get enough down force on the car to keep it on the ground at high speeds....this makes the car unsafe and unreliable for the time being...VW has already put an insane amount of money into this car and is hestitant to put more...

Re: Bugatti Veyron?

We're talking about a diecast car. Downforce isn't much of an issue with a car that has plastic rims. The Veyron will come out, its relative the Chiron actually just went up for sale so it shouldn't be far behind. From what I've heard though there isn't any engine detail.
