High Speed Vibration Noise

My brother owns a 2000 Honda Odyssey van. Recently the van creates a noise "Bee Buzzing" Vibration sound between the speeds of 45-70mph . He has checked all the plastic panels that he can find to see if one is vibrating back and forth and has found nothing significant.

It is almost like the noise starts after a certain amount of wind pressure builds up, and once it reaches a point, it stops. It is not engine related, he has shut the motor down at speed to see if it would stop.

There is no noticable clunking while turning to indicate it might be CV joints so he is convinced that is must be something under the vehicle that is creating this noise. He said it is loud enough not to be able to talk easily to a passenger.

Does anyone have any ideas or possible solutions to this, or has anyone experienced it for themselves?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Zed

Next time it does it grab the speedometer cable and move it one way or the other a little. If the noise changes thats your problem. Sometimes this will act like a stethscope and carry noises from under the hood into the cabin.
