Leaking rear hatch ?

My son recently bought a 94 integra hatchback. After lastnight's rain we found a bunch of water in the spare tire well. Is there a seal under the taillight panel that might have gone bad or are there drain holes back there that could be plugged up?

This is going to get old real quickly if I can't resolve it.

Thanks

Don't support AF. They allow racist comments to be made and do nothing.

Sorry about your car.

okieday about that leaky trunk I know there are some seals behind the tailights(i have the same problem on a 91 but I never fixed it yet ) Go to the honda dealer ask them they'll know what you talking about.

Hopefully someone will chime in answering my question instead of using my thread as a venting tool.

Read above your last post, it is most likely those seals behind the taillights take it apart to see if they are dried out.

First, I'm not back, I had to create a new user ID with the same name. I'm not some punk flamer that gets there kicks from posting crap on AF. I was gone for a week, and when I came back, I saw I was not only banned, but some racist is posting derogitory comments on the forum that have nothing to do with Integra's, or cars for that matter. What if you logged on and it said you no longer have rights to AF?

Amish,
Your suggestion paid off. Replaced the seals and no more leak (at least from my garden hose test). I'll be more satisfied after the next rain.
Thanks for your help.
