Some states you dont need one, you just need the rear, and the front has to be accessable if the officer or whomever wants to see it.

Lovely car man. I've sort of a "thing" for VR4s for a long time now .

I'm pretty sure you don't need it in Washington. I've been driving around for almost 3 years now, and I never had one on my 'teg. On the back you do, but I don't think you need one for the front.

You should get some newer rims though man. Those ones are nice, but how about some Nakayama Racing Vader 5's....best rims IMO for a 3kgt.

I thought you still had to have a front plate, just not tabs.
Might wanna check on that though, You don't wanna get pulled over for it :P

It can be mounted in the windshield I'm pretty sure.
Then again Cops don't really inforce it. nor do they inforce tabs. too busy getting people going 5 over =/

And you don't live in kirkland. You'd be pulled over in a heartbeat here.
