Great Cars
Any one else impressed with Vibes? I work in the service dpt of a Pontiac dealer and have to say Im VERY impressed with Vibes.
Granted they are relatively new, I havent seen one back in service for anything other than oil changes. They seem to be really well built and tough. |

I just picked up my new 2005 Vibe yesterday! Pretty cool car... SUV...van... or whatever you want to call it.
I wouldn't recommend it to someone who expects to do heavy hauling, but for excellent fuel economy, a nice ride, and comodity of a SUV I think it's a great buy. I talked to a few who had one for 1 year or so and they all say it is the best car they ever purchased. I have a good contact at GM Canada and he tells me the Vibe is a good choice. Top it with the quality-built Toyota engine and drive and GM's looks... pretty good vehicle all around. If I had to finnd anything negative, it would be that yesterday when I signed the deal, I was told the hood deflector and molded mud flaps are not available yet !?? |

UPDATE to my previous message:
I got a hood bug deflector at a GM dealer but it is not a geniune GM part. I beleive it is from Apple Auto Glass but not sure? The rear molded mud guards are now available through GM, but not the front ones. I installed the Vibe 2003 front guards and it is a perfect fit (the 2004 guards are different and don't fit at all). |
