02 Windstar power window/lock switch

Here's the deal... the drivers rear quarter window doesnt work. Checked its motor using the other sides wiring... motor is fine. So, pulled the switch out to check it. It looks good, but I'd like to be able to "get in there" and make sure the rocker switches are making good contact. So here's the question I have... how in the heck do you get the rocker switches off? I have removed all the parts I can and can see the bottom of the circuit board. Is it even possible to take the switch apart any further? I sure would appreciate anyones thoughts in this matter. :-)

The switch is replaced as an entire unit.
