my friend on his 240sx did his lazy-eyes by just cuting a wire in his switch dohickey to pop the lights up does any one know any wiring diagram or tell me what wire i should cut to laze the lights?

you mjean permenatly raise them? you know there is a little swithc on the dash right behind by the vent by the left mirror.
