50K maintenance

'00 2wd v8 just turned 50K miles. What should I look for maintenence-wise?
It seems a little down on power compared to new. Maybe time for plugs?
Suspension seems abit lossey-goosey now too.
I've been considering some Bilstiens.
Any suggetions?
