Anyone knows how do you tell you got a worn lower ball joint? (or upper?)

check the bushings. my bros red hatch does it in the back and i dont know what is it. i think its the bushings but the control arms are bent so ill change those and see what happens. and the ball joints dont go out that easy. itll go out if theres no lubricant in there.
