Power Mirror Wiring?

I had busted open the door panels earlier today, and before i'd noticed both sides had a little connector at the front top corner of each door that wasn't connected to anything. Well, today, i popped the passenger vent off (right next to the glove box, to the right of it), and the there is another connecter, this one very wide, yet short, that isn't connected to anything. I'm assuming there would be another on the other side of the vehicle. Currently, i have manual mirrors, and i have no toggles for a power mirror switch. The only purpose i could see the manufacturer doing this is so it's easier to change if a customer decides they want power mirrors on a certain car rather than manual, thus allowing them to install without having to route wires. But would my car be wired for power mirrors?
