CRX Dash

Hey, I am looking to paint the interior on my 1991 CRX DX and I have removed Glove box, center concole cover, and instrument cover, but I do Not know how to remove the entire dash. If anyone has any dsiagrams or has done the same thing, all input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rocco

Re: CRX Dash

Well for the gauge cluster, i know that there is a screw on the left of it, then one on the right, you take out those two screws then you pull it out, there are some pins that hook up to it that just pop outa place, then you have to unplug the wires, its all very simple except for the wires on the far right that are slightly hard to get too. Then the rest of the dash should just pop out, if not there are 4 screws (forgot exact spots but they are in obviious spots if you look around) then it just pops out with a little (not a lot) force.then thats it, my friend jake has 3 91 CRX SI's and i watched him take out every interior piece about 2 days ago so he can put all the best pieces into his quick one, has a b16a in it with a b18 head, t3/t4 turbo, msd dis-2 ignition zydyne ecu with laptop, aem fuel rail, blah blah blah, lot of parts, mid to low 12s ill take pictures of it, its pretty
