95 altima timing belt
On a 95 Altima does the 2.2 have a timing belt, chain or gears? At what mileage should it be changed? Also is this one of those motors that if the timing belt goes, it will ruin the motor? Thanks!!!

It has chain, dont know when to change it out, but I seen over 300,000 miles on thoes engine with the same timing chain.

those chains don't go bad but the center sproket will make noise you will have to reseal the front cover before anything
