please photoshop a car for me.

would it be at all possible for someone to photoshop a 2001 cavalier? I was thinking maybe kit it, lower it, 7 spoke rims, limmo tint, and maybe have the paint a dark grey that fades into black right at the back wheel. if anyone could help i would appreciate it. thanks.
