Unhappy crank it without my key?

Hello,thanks for the tips you gave me in my other post:Now I have another question.Is there any way for me to crank my 93 Grand Am [automatic]without the key?Lol,I need to drive it till I can re-place the Ignition.[Also,if I go get another ignition from the junkyard,is it easy to install?]-Thanks again-----Frank_A
