Unhappy 2.9L Timing

I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to point me into the correct direction to time my 2.9.

I have an aftermarket cam shaft.
Cam Grind:
INT: 210° .435 Lift
EX: 216° .450 Lift
111 LDA

The B/C was reduced approximately .050

I have my new timing set installed, and I have the points on the sprockets lined up with the chain on. Will my next step to be degreeing? I am kind of at a loss, this is my first 2.9L perfoamnce engine, and I can only hope that another has done something similar.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Pete
