Question ets light

Hi i have a few questions that hopefully someone can help me with.?Anyway we just bought a 97 calvalier z24 last fall since then we've had a few problems, like for one we noticed when it gets above 80 degrees outside it leaks antifreeze. We took it back to the place we bought a few times and had them check it out but they found no reason it should be leaking or the place it was leaking from.My second question is about the ETS light on the dash board, yesterday it came on for the first time. Can someone please tell me what it means and if it really serious and have the car looked at.
Thanks.

Re: ets light

the ets light is the traction control system. It normally is tripped because of a bad hub bearing or ABS wheel speed sensor. I have seen the ets light come on due to turning sharp on a slippery surface (ie mud or gravel) when an actual problem doesn't exist. Have Auto Zone or Advance pull your computer codes for you and then clear the ETS light. IF it comes back on, you have a sensor bad, if not, it may have tripped due to wheel spin and it's nothing to worry about. Can you tell which side of the car the coolant leak is coming form??? that would help pinpoint the source.
