Straight Pipes or Aftermarket?? V6 Firebird
Ok I know that is a lot of threads of this kind of question but...Which would be the absolute best money not mattering right now. Would a Straight pipe be deeper at low rpms and crappy at high rpms and still give me a lot more horsepower? Or is the aftermarket going to do me more good with more restriction??? Cause about the cat. converter im gettin confused on if i should take it off or not to. Some guy also told me that it would be better if I just went straight because i takes out all restrictions. So if anyone can help me this time with the best Answer possible please help!!

Take out the cat and put an after market exhaust on it. Engines need some restriction or you could burn an exhaust valve eventually.
