Question New Bonneville stalls in reverse

My new 2004 Bonneville SLE (2700 miles) stalls occasionally when I put it in reverse. It's always warm and will stall going from Drive to Reverse and also Park to Reverse. I've taken it back to the dealers twice and they always return it "no trouble found". Any ideas? Is it time to call GM?

Re: New Bonneville stalls in reverse

I assume there aren't any check engine lights illuminated. That is a strange problem, the GM techs should be able to zero in I would hope.

Unhappy

It appears that Pontiac has known about this since March. They showed me a copy of #PI01835 which discribes the problem. A solution has not yet been developed. It just pisses me off that the dealer didn't bother looking for the PI. The second dealer that I took it to found it. I hope they come up with a solution soon.
