Re: Selling My Car
With 240,000 and nitrious I'm sure that's hurting the value of the car. The interior and trunk sure doesn't look clean to me either for selling it.
I'd say it's worth no more then 12-1500 at most and thats being nice. The pictures don't do it much justice. You can't tell what condition the paint is in and being black with 240 on it (unless it was recently repainted) I'll bet there are nicks all over the hood. Clean the thing up more . Are those ashes on the console? If I can see that in the picture I'm sure it looks worse actually seeing the car. It be worth more I'll bet WITHOUT the nitrious on unless some dumb kid wants it and is into that. Your wheel wells look awful dirty too. God, take a little time to detail the thing more!!!! |

Re: Selling My Car
What condition is the engine? 240k and running Nos, I'd be worried about its bottom end, or other components. How long have you been running the Nos?
Also, what kind of lowering springs? That gap in the front looks stock. |

Re: Selling My Car
an accord with 150k and all your add ons would probably run around 2500-3000....but 240k would put it at like 2k or even less im not sure

Re: Selling My Car
you might make more money by parting out alll the custom shit then selling the accord shell..do the math on the aftermarket shit

Re: Selling My Car
the nos kit was 1000 the rims were 3000 the tires are 400 each just got all the body work and paint done its mint. I put a stereo with subs and amps in so i think i should get at least 5000. The car is very fast and the engine was rebuilt 1 year ago before i put he nos in.

Here's the problem...unless you can find someone that really cares about all the mods then it's not worth more than book value...the problem with custom cars is that you can buy a $5k car spend $15k on it and it's still a $5k car (unless you can really find a sucker to buy it). NOS Wheels and springs all wear out the motor and suspension faster. If anything custom stuff lowers the general selling value of your car. Kelly blue book value www.kbb.com is $2,110 with 240 miles LX...etc. for private party selling
