good rear component speakers
Does anyone know what are some good rear component speakers out there that cost below $150? The ones in my 97 Max need to be replaced so I am looking for new ones. Also, does anyone know the specifications for rear component speakers for a stock 97 GXE Max?

I'd check out crutchfield as they have a pretty nice selection of component speakers. Plus you can enter in your Max and they'll show you only the ones that fit. Most speakers they carry are pretty good...but I know I'd stay away from any of the Sony stuff. Personally I'd go with Polk although I think it may be out of your range. As for the stock 97 GXE...my guess is they are Clarion speakers but I have no clue what the specs are...I have a 97 SE with the Bose system

I don't think the rears on any car are components...
Only fronts are components
