Question auto to Manual

I want to buy a 93 240sx Fastback... but its an automatic... how much will it cost to swap it to a manual. Since the car has about 130k miles on it and the engine, I'm thinkin about swapin' with either a SR20 or RB25... but I would like to kno how much it MIGHT cost to swap in just a regular for the KA24 for now... thanks

its tuff to do this sort of thing the engine has to be taken out for shure, new ecu [i think?], not to mention shifter and pedal have to be installed from nothing, the clutch will be hydrolic so you need a resevoir n stuff and finaly the actual installation of the manual transmision to the motor and axle i wanted to do this too but you gota know when your out of your league :]
