91 Grand AM No Spark No Fuel...HELP!!!!!!

This car turns over but it won't start. I had someone look at and he told me it needed a new coil pack but then someone else told me it might need a new timing belt. Any suggestions on what may be going on here? The fuel pump, battery, and spark plugs are perfectly fine. Please Help!!!!

I'd go with the timing belt. If the car turns over and there is fuel but no spark then there is a possibility that the timing belt is broken. You can remove the cover to check it. If there is no belt then the solution is simple, replace the belt. If the belt is intact then check the crank position sensor, it could have gone bad. Also, the coil pack is a possibility but even a bad one will throw some spark.

Under The Coil Pack There Is A?

Don't forget that the module controls the Spark, make sure you have 12v on the Purple/White and you have (0- 12v) at the Crank sensor, also are you getting a pulse on the injectors?

Give us more info,
