Recently my Grand Am started missing slightly. Now, when it gets warmed up, it only stays running in nuetral. In gear, it spits and runs like hell, and dies if I step on the gas too quickly. It chugs like it is plugged up, but the fuel is fine. I know I am leaving out details, but this is a start...I appreciate feedback! Thanks

Re: My '94
If your car is a Quad-4, you probably have a head gasket leak or cracked head. If it's a v-6, I would need more info. Did your check engine light come on? If so, did you check the codes? does it run good cold? if so, that could indicate a plugged up catalytic converter.
