code 17
im sure youve all seen this question before but my motor is sayng its got a code 17 (speedometer) and all the wires are hooked up. could it be the 92 civc si dash or the wire from the tranny any help would be help.....alittle redundent

Well...... ur vss wires are maybe short, or the VSS itself maybe needs to be replaced.
1 time i had this problem, the wire going to the ecu from the vss was short circut.. and 1 time my vss had given up on me and i had o replace it. so just get it checked by a good electrician, he'll be able to tell u wht is exactly wrong
