i want to spraypaint my brake calipers what kind o paint shoud i use?....does the paint com off when the caliper is heated?.....and if i get paint on my disk does it matter?.......what should i not get the paint on?.....thanks a lot..!!!

You can visit your local auto parts store and they should sell the paint. Basically you're looking for paint that is treated to handle high temperatures.
As for paint on your discs, don't get any on them, period. It won't really matter but it might hamper your braking performance if you get alot on them. If you can't paint, just remove the caliper from the rotor and paint them apart from the rest of the equipment. Oh and please refrain from putting up two posts exactly the same. IIRC www.maximadriver.com has a write-up on painting calipers. Remember, it's all in the prep work. If the calipers are not clean, the paint won't stick well.

aight thanks guys......and...u know those brake pads that a lot of aftermarket are selling?.....do those actually work better?....like under high temperature...and does it wear out the disks faster?...thx
