Honda Antifreeze/Coolant

i need to replace the coolant in my radiator, i did some reading and was told that i needed to use the Honda Antifreeze/Coolant, costs about $20+ per gallon and i need 2 gallons... how different is this from just a high quality Coolant that i can buy off the shelf for $5~$7 ?
