i have a 99hyunda elentra and on the engine it says 'dohc 16v' is that a prety good engine 4 a hyundai? ,lol

WHOA DUDE thats like the best and fastest engine out there, be careful with that man!

and hey aren't you the same guy whos been posting on the STREET RACING forums asking if anyone knows if aftermarket turbochargers/coilovers/turn signals have been made for the hyundai elentra?

edit - also to add to that man that 16v is actually a v16 because those silly hyundai manufacturers messed up so your really pushing 16 cylinders to that beast, and each cylinder is 75 horspower, 75 times 16, thats a whole lot of hp

ya i am and i found em and lots of other aftermarket parts. i was just wonderin if that engine is beter then wut people ecxpect 2 b in a hyundai. in korea alot of people race hyundais more tibirons then elentras but they race elentras 2

man i never took it and i sure as heck know better then some ppl not pointing anyfingers.

and the 16v means you have a 16 vavle motor pretty common for OHC motors now adays with 4 pistons

Or for every high school to offer it as a class. And not just a few days of lessons on small engine repair.

They didn't offer it in my highschool, they thought we were too preppy for any kind of shop class.

depends on the size of the engine, hyundais aren't necessarily known for laying down good power, but like any other car give it time and patience, and practice and some SERIOUS tuning and u'll have an awesome sleeper
