Depends I guess.Those who support, say, the oppresive dictatorship currently in place in Iraq would argue that it is necessaray and desirable for the safety and stability of the wider community.They would argue that without large numbers of snarly men waving guns around and offing the occasional stroppy civilian,anarchy and chaos would be the norm.

No doubt if the population of Iraq settles down and does as it's told,the snarly guys with guns will relax a little and might even share some of their chocolate with the locals.

Perhaps if the order were reversed, with the soldiers giving out the chocolate first, then we might see some real and profound change.

What I find interesting is that as soon as I mention "message board" (and not a specific one), people immediatly think of AF.
