Arrow Revell Honda Prelude?

Revell has a 1/24 Honda Prelude. I was wondering if this is a rebox of some other manufacturer's tooling? The only other preludes I know of are by Aoshima and Fujimi.

I'm guessing its the Fujimi tooling, never seen the kit before though.

Re: Revell Honda Prelude?

i dont think its a rebox because someone built one b4 and im pretty sure it had engine detail (not ITR engine).

It's gotta be either a Fujimi or Aoshima tooling. Most likely Fujimi seeing as Revell loves to rebox Fujimi car kits and Hasegawa rally kits.

So far, these are the only Prelude kits I know of:

Tamiya: 1983 - 1987
Fujimi: 1988 - 1991
Fujimi & Aoshima: 1992 - 1996

I have all 3 kits, and currently have the 88-91 kit on auction right now on eBay if you want to see a pic of it. Check it out!

clem..
