HID/non-HID/non-HID w/ Aftermarket HID

Hey guys my friend(who is deciding on getting a JDM front end conversion) and I were discussing this and were trying to think weather he should go with HID lights, non-Hid lights, or non-Hid lights but go with aftermarket HID lights. Which do you guys prefer and why...don't forget that there is about 1k difference from the HID and Non HID, and the non HID w/ aftermarket HID lights are directly in the middle. What do you guys think, and was wondering everyones opinion on this...

Hey well my friend found a front end conversion for 2100, and 3400 for HID...so he is debating if the 1300 is worth the HID or not when aftermarket HID kits are only 500. Anyone know any cheap reliable places to get JDM Front end conversions? Thanks in advance and my friend appreciates the pictures.

You might want to look at www.wholesalehyperformance.com I know they have some conversions and JDM headlights and stuff.
