Here's a question people don't think of often, and something people don't try to think of... but anyhow...

Which car do you think is safer? An older muscle car made of detroit steel, or one of the newer cars, such as the Honda Accords? (assuming both have the same seatbelts, to make it even from that aspect)

It depends on the accident conditions. All things being equal, the Honda will help you survive better. OTOH, in terms of the cars themselves, the muscle car will survive in better condition than the Honda.
