unless youre slammed, you really shouldnt have to do anything...my car has a mild drop with 17s, and they only rub if im turning REALLY sharp...and even then its not too bad....my car pics are in the 4th gen roll call thread at the top of this forum

man, i wish i knew..i got the car with the springs already installed.im thinking the drop is between 1.75-2.25 inches, but i think i could lower it a little bit more without problems...hopefully i can get some groundcontrols and koni yellows sometime soon, so i can slam it a little more, without causing problems

17's
I have mine dropped 3.5" and 17's and it tucks under really nice. Same thing as eightohone said....i also rub when turning real hard too. My front bumper cant be more than 2"-2.5" off the ground because i cant even get up my driveway.

it really depends on the offset....the farther below a 45 offset, the more you'll rub

I had 17s on mine and like eightohone, my car was already lowered before I got it. At least there were already koni yellows on there too
. But I did rub in the wheel well on sharp turns and driveways were a bitch. Straight ahead, sometimes hit the bumper; angled, the tires hit the fender and bent it up a little. It sucked cuz the fender started cutting my tire. Needless to say, when I bent one, I just kept them off and threw on some si wheels. I think a 16 with a low pro would be perfect for me. Or maybe get a set of coilovers, raise it just a hair and buy another 17, since I got 3 sittin in my garage with tires still on them. I'd like to get them powdercoated gunmetal or something. Maybe black with the red lip. You guys dig the black/darker rims? I think it looks pretty tough, except chicks prolly think your hubcaps fell off. bah who cares.

like I said...it all depends on the offset....I had 17s that tucked nicely b/c they were a 45 offset...I had 16s that rubbed b/c they were a 42 offset....you can have 13s that rub if they were that bad an offset....

It also depends on whether you'll have anyone sitting in the back. When my sister had 15's on her civic, it rubbed quite a bit with passengers.

that car didnt have much of a drop thanks to the shitty weapon r suspension....but w/ the suspension out, the wheels tucked up nicely w/ a jack...unfortunately you'll still have camber issues, as the subzero's have the same offset as the gsr's....if the wheels had any higher an offset, the wheels would run into the inner wheelwell.... the main reason I got the subzero's were that they were 17s w/a 45 offset, that's such a difficult thing to find w/ cheap wheels...
