Question 2004 sienna transponder key programming

Does anyone have the instructions for onboard programming a duplicate transponder key for the 2004 Sienna? I have a working master. It seems to be different from prior years. Thanks in advance, G.

Did you ever find out the answer? I too need help as the directions that include turning the key on and off five times and opening and closing the door six times is not working. Are their other special directions for the 2004 Sienna?

Re: 2004 sienna transponder key programming

I too need these instructions. I have the key, it has been cut, opens all the doors, but none of the programming sequences I have seen yet work. Ford puts the OBP sequence in the user's manual. Toyota obviously want you to come to them and buy a replacement key for $200. What a racket!
Someone must know this sequence. I have not been able to find one on the internet yet!

Well, I have my key cut here too. I never went to Toyota. Hopefully there will be instructions available on the Internet.
