Checks And Balances For Jake!

well hey all its me 98GSX... well all of you were wrong i did not try to scam him... ask him to check his account balance it is $225 less because he did in fact deposit the check into his account but failed to sign the back therefore we were able to get the check back. Ironically he deposited the $250 into one Winona National Bank Branch and the $225 into another branch... hmm go figure.. o and about the check saying headers my step mom wrote that and she misunderstood what i told her common mistake. O and about the paypal i did ask him he said he did not have an account and that a check would be better... so he thought he could scam a newb but little did he know i have connections in all places and i did in fact get my money back from his bank... his account may not suffer the loss just yet but it will in that the bank sent us the check back and now my account is $225 richer.

o ya i do have aim (aol instant messanger) logs to prove waht he said about the paypal... although he failed to admit to stealing the check... he tried to be sly and not sign the second one... not smart that means we can LEGALLY get it back... well i hope i dont get banned again.. in that i learned a lot from this forum.. thanks a lot for all the help hope to hear from yall.

You say he failed to endorse the check when he deposited it, however I know for a fact that the bank tellers ALWAYS (and I mean ALWAYS) check to see if you have signed it. Otherwise, they'll give it back to you and tell you to sign it first.

for an error like that, by a bank, i would think they could send you a written appology letter.

lolz... little do you know.. when deposting in your bank through an ATM or through a tube teller... with id you dont need to endorse.. my step mom works for the credit union we wrote the check... you can hate all you want i understand bc he WAS a moderator and still holds high class in the forum... just look at who he is targeting me a newb that no one knows or likes or dislikes... well now yall dislike me due to ignorance the forum is for gainin of knowledge and the POSSIBLE buying and selling of parts... but i didnt think that i would be run off due to the fact i was scammed... my dad makes $200k plus a year why would i wanna scam him?

Maybe Jake really didnt get the other check.

Maybe your mom sent it to the wrong address or someone got ahold of it somehow. Find out what other bank he suposedly deposted it into. And who's account. Your mom can do that right since she is a teller.

And if your dad made 200K a year, why the fuck is your step-mom working?

If I made 200k a year, you can bet my wife would still be working. BEcause I'm successful she's supposed to be useless I guess. Many women have thier own goals and careers they are working towards.

No one knows what really happens. I guess I lissed something, but there are 3 sides to every story.
