Does a 300ZX TT motor fit into a 510?
Just curious, you always see SR20DET motors in the 510s, but V6s are pretty rare. Does it even fit physically? I don't have a 510 kit so I can't check it myself...

i just measred mine and its 1 3/4" wide i put a 350 in mine so a 300zx motor should fit

I heard of a couple VG30DE equipped dimes. I don't recall hearing about a VG30DETT, though. I'm sure there's some out there.
As far as modeling...try it and see if it fits.

The Tamiya 1/24 VG30DETT fits iside the Revell 1/25 510 kit without ANY cutting at all.

I've seen a 510 with a VG20 single turbo in it.Tight fit but it did work.Anything is doable if your keen enough.
