SAS/SSW Integra

Here is just the first of many sas kitted builds you are going to see from me over the next few months. I recently came into some extra money so i make a pretty large order from bugzilla at http://www.detailanddesigninscale.com/ ( I highly reccomend you do business with him if your in the US and want to hook up on the sas goodies). I loaded up on kits for the itr, civic, celica, 350z, s2000 and a couple of other goodies. This is actually my first attempt at working with a resin bodykit and so far so good.
It's also going to be powerd by a turbokit i bought from scalespeedworks.com a few months ago that i've been sitting on.
I'm not sure what color yet, but i'm waiting on an order from cobra colors that should be here tomorrow so we'll see then. Wheel options are still up in the air b/c i've never had luck fitting fujimi/aoshima aftermarkets to the itr kit, they will probally be from the civic, focus, or itr kits.

Just snapped some shots after fitting the kit, still going to shave emblems, doorhandles and tidy up the body a bit. I think i did pretty good ridding the kit of it's old bodyparts and fitting the new ones.

Right now the motor/turbo setup is getting primed and painted and i should have pictures tomorrow. I'm also going to throw the finishing touches on that 3000gt i started a few months ago before i moved into my new house and i'll post it up too.

Thanks for looking, suggestions and comments are always welcomed.

Re: SAS/SSW Integra

Looks like its going to be great! I think gold or bronze will suit this car very nicely, especially with Gunmetal rims.

update

Here are a few pics of the motor with the manifold/turbo attached. I haven't done much besides paint these and all the pipes that come with the turbo kit. I did the pipes in light gunmetal.

this is another shot of the manifold and the scrap bumper that i was trying a possible color on. I is supposed to be pewter i think but in certain light looks more like gold.

FMIC...unpainted but will get the alclad II chrome treatment tomorrow.

random shots....

haven't done much to the body, just started shaving and preping for paint. the paint will either be simlar to the color on the scrap bumber, possibly darker or a light metalic blue. I can't go get the order of paint i have from the postoffice till friday when i'm off work so i'm gonna use something i have her at the house. (it's not like i needed to buy any more paints anyway!). i really like the suggestion of pewter with gunmetal rims. but we'll see after i try a few paint mixtures, it's gonna be blue unless i can get the pewter to look like i want it too.

Let me know what you think.
