Momo Steering Wheel and horn issue

Just bought a Momo Trek Steering wheel and hub kit...I understand of course the airbag is history,,,,But seems the the horn must go as well as it is in the same ribbon as the air bag and cruise....My soultion seems to be one that will require a good bit of work to get the horn back. Just curious to see if anyone knows of an ez remedy.

Thanks.

Re: Momo Steering Wheel and horn issue

Do you get better steering w/ an aftermarket wheel? I've seen those replacement wheels but I don't understand why you would want to give up your airbag (and cruise control and horn, apparently) just for looks. Granted, some of them do look pretty nice, but is good looks all you get?

Re: Momo Steering Wheel and horn issue

I dont think you get better steering but the wheels are a lot more comfortable instead of the big bulky stock ones. Smaller diameter too...

this steering wheel doesnt come with the two buttons that u can use as the nitrous activation switch right? well if u can, u can buy one of those buttons or something along that line and mount it to the steering wheel. then all u have to do is run the horn wires to the button and use the button to activate it.
