Hello again. Thanks to all who have helped on my previous posts. I now have my Jeep running and driving! It idles a little rough, but still does idle. It will usually start up if I just mash the gas pedal, but sometimes I have to get someone to hold the choke plate open with a screwdriver. It's obviously a carburetor problem, but what can I do to fix it? Also, when I replaced the plugs, one of them was pretty covered with oil. It's only the one cylinder on the driver's side, so I figured it must be the rings. It still runs and drives like it is. Can anyone offer any advice? I don't have a lot of money now as I'm heading off to college tomorrow, so I'd like to not have to have the engine rebuilt or anything like that. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
