Question Murano front door panels

Hello...

Hope someone has a suggestion... I have a 2003 Murano SL. Both of the front door panels have several what appears to be small "dents." I have had them replaced once, but the replacements are just as bad. I was at a local dealership today and was told they would not order another set. According to the Service rep, the way the top portion is heat sealed to the padding or foam..will result in these dents. Is this a design, manufacturing flaw, etc.? any suggestions or comments greatly appreciated. Thanks

Timothy
