1989 Grand Prix Instrument cluster

I just bought a 89 Grand Prix SE and the Instrument Cluster is not working. I have replaced every fuse I can find but still no cluster.
Also the Wipers do not work.
Anyone have any ideas or thoughts ?

Is it digital? I guess maybe I'd look to remove the cluster out of the dash and look for any loose wiring/bad connections for starters. If nothing else you might consider looking for one in a salvage yard to replace it. good luck!
