96 JGCL Throttle Body Idle adjustment screw

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had a known way to adjust the idle screw on the throttle body of my 96 JGC 4.0 I6 . I just did a complete engine rebuild and I disassembled the TB to detail it out. I failed to mark where the screw goes back to. Anyways after assembly I had lack of power (adjusted to full closed position) I disconnected the battery and adjusted the butterfly open just slightly reconnected everything and I notice the Idle is still the same as it was however I have more power now. I would like to know what the procedure is for setting that idle screw properly. I think this is where my problem could lie.

I posted earlier about my 96 misfiring on cold start up. Got excelent help from many people. It turned out to be 3 bad lifters. I went ahead and rebuilt the motor since the vehicle had 272k miles on it. Runs great now except for this minor detail.

Any help is as always appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!
