Firstly, should I unplug the battery when I'm changing bulbs? I ask this because I've had to recharge my battery 3 times now, because I simply changed the corner bulb. I just took out the stock bulb, put in a new one and then my battery is dead. Maybe time for a new battery?
Also, .. I cleared out my tailights/corners last week - today my Philips Silvervision bulbs came in (thx for the write up on sentra Justin). Like a moron, I figured the same bulb part would be for the tailights, but I was wrong. So the question is, is there an amber colored bulb for the tailights out there, much like the Philips Silvervision? If I go with the Hyperwhites for the tailights like many of you have, then I would have the Philips amber blinking in the front and the sides and then white at the back, that would look pretty stupid. Any ideas what I should do? I'm pretty stumped and upset .

your battery shouldn't die because you changed bulbs.

yur cars only a 99 too...i would suspect there is something wrong with your electrical system. something is drawing current while the car is parked maybe?
my 98 car still shows a clean blue light in the peak hole on the battery. and i hardly drive it in the winter time...

Thx for help!
I got a new battery and it works now - seems the other battery died for some reason. Poor car took too much abuse from it's previous owner .
