Fog Lights Dont Work

Hi everybody, this is my first time posting a thread but Ive been coming here for help gathering information from other peoples questions but I cant figure this problem out. I have a 93 Thunderbird LX and the fog lights dont work. The switch on the arm rest area doesnt light up anymore.. it used to light up (even though the lights didnt work themselves) but now the switch light doesnt even turn on. Any suggestions?

Re: Fog Lights Dont Work

You might wish to pull the light switch out, ( The main one out of the dashboard) and look for any burned/discolored wires.

Any problems with the headlights themselves flickering on and off or going off for prolonged periods of time?

Re: Fog Lights Dont Work

A wiring harness from Competition Limited is a good solution.

I've had one for quite some time, and it works great.

Easy to install, and it was only about 50 bux.

Re: Fog Lights Dont Work

I found the problem guys. I took off the arm rest console and I took out the fog light switch opened it up and cleaned it out.. It was full of dirt so i brushed it off with my trusty ol' toothbrush and put it back together, hooked it up again and VOILA' there it was. The lights makes my car look mean!! Thanks for the advice guys
