oxygen sensor gone bad?
my check engine light came on and i was right by the dealer where my motorsports shop is and i went in and they said my AEM CAI caused my oxygen sensor to go bad. they wanted 350$ to fix but my car isnt running bad. I had them clear the code for the check engine light and it hasnt popped up since. Should i have it fixed?

did you reset your ECU when you installed your CAI? Because if you didn't, that might cause some problems to your O2 sensor.

No CAI is going to damage an O2 sensor. They were probably trying to fleece you. I would highly reccommend you go to a different dealer from now on. ![]() If the car is running well and the check engine light is off, I don't see any problem.
